Eye-catching simplicity: the exterior design of
the Cruiser 55
The design of the Cruiser 55 places the emphasis on the
highest level of functionality and performance. Cruiser 55 design was aimed at
creating a silhouette that reflects a maximum degree of lucidity and clarity.
The deck dispenses with all superfluity; all functions are extremely
well-organized and oriented towards a sheer sailing experience that takes on a
completely new dimension.
Everything under control. Foldable footrests provide safe standing for
the helmsman regardless of the boat’s heel.
With a view to enhance its performance, the CRUISER 55 was equipped
with a twin rudder allowing for an optimum water flow to the rudder in
the healed position and therefore less drag. At the same time, the twin
rudder is entirely redundant which makes it fail-safe. To the same
extent, the new positioning of the tank within the floor unit, makes for
well-balanced sailing qualities.
The dinghy garage offers room for a three meter dinghy including the
engine. The bathing platform, which is protected by a guideway, serves as a
launching ramp.
